Chapter Development Report (CDR)

The BMES Chapter Development Report serves as a tool by which students BMES chapters can monitor and assess their progress on an annual basis, as well as mechnism for BMES national to monitor the operations and activities of student chapters throughout the society.  As such, the revised CDR guidelines were designed to maximize the utility of teh CDR to both the submitting chapter and the national office.  We strongly encourage chapters to participate and submit their CDR at any time, typically based on their officer elections schedule, but all CDR must be submitted no later than June 1st to be considered for any BMES Student Chapter Awards for that year.

To be competitive for Meritorious Achievement Awards, it is expected that chapters qualify in all five major sections of the Chapter Development Report and present evidence that they have made significant and unusual progress.  Also if any activities related to Mentoring and/or Outreach Program took place please make note of it in the report.
